Spicy pork:
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped

¼ cup gochujang*

This meal was comforting and exciting for the pallet – I can’t recommend enough! It is simple and does not take very long to whip up. Crowd pleaser !

I made this tonight and it was so good. The broth was so flavorful with just a hint of heat. I did follow her recommendation and added some Thai chili powder. I will definitely make this again.
