Marion’s Kitchen Pad Thai meal kit, which includes:
– RICE STICK NOODLES
– PAD THAI SAUCE
– PEANUTS
2 tbsp vegetable or canola oil
400g (14 oz) chicken thigh fillets, sliced into very thin strips
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 spring onions (scallions), white and green parts sliced into 3cm (just over 1 inch) strips
lime wedges, to serve

I bought the Pad Thai from my local Drakes on sale and it was amazing. I am gluten free and we had it with prawns and exactly what else the recipe recommended! Easy as and like eating from a restaurant. Will definitely try the other flavours… well done 😁
