1 tsp sea salt
chilli flakes to taste (optional)

4 tbsp Chinese char siu sauce*
4 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp Thai sriracha chilli sauce*
2 garlic cloves, finely grated
