Delicious and easy!
I’d forgotten how good chopped coriander root is. These were absolutely delicious meatballs and packed a big flavour punch for so few ingredients. I didn’t have plain white peppercorns but used mixed (black, green, pink, white) instead. Served with rice and a salad of chopped tomato, cucumber and coriander leaves with lemon juice, dash of sesame oil and fish sauce – yum!
Sweet and Sour Meatball
I really only wanted the sauce recipe, because I was makings homemade meatballs

Pork Meatballs by Marion's Mom
If you like Asian meatballs you will like this recipe for a pork meatball. So easy, and again you can adjust seasons/herbs/aromatics. You may not want to. (I use a smidgen less off the crushed white pepper corns.) Dipping sauces to your taste. I like an Asian dumpling sauce (soy, touch of teriyaki or housin, drops of sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger if desired, finely chopped scallion, a little minced Thai chili or oil – letting flavor for 4 hours to overbite. Remove the solids as much as possible. I add scallion and chili just before using only.) You may prefer the suggested dipping sauces but my clan prefers the salty, savory sauce served with many pork gyoza. Which by the way works well with this pork filling!!
