1 chicken stock cube, crumbled
1 tbsp sea salt
BBQ mayo:
3 tbsp whole egg mayonnaise
3 tbsp BBQ sauce
Beer batter:
400g (14 oz) plain (all-purpose) flour, put in the freezer for 15 minutes before using
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp gochugaru
¼ tsp curry powder
320ml (11 fl oz) cold beer
280ml (9.5 fl oz) cold soda water
