Tomato sauce:
400g (14 oz) canned whole peeled tomatoes
250g (9 oz) semi-dried tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
