½ cup whole milk
2 tsp gochujang*
30g (1 oz) finely grated parmesan cheese
⅓ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 spring onions (scallions), finely sliced, to serve
½ gochugaru*, to serve
This elevated cheesy ramen is so, so yummy!
I used the same brand of noodles as the video (Jin Ramen: Gout Doux). I loved the flavor combination of parmesan and mozzarella – melted cheese perfection. With the Korean pepper flakes, everyone can get the heat level they prefer. Nom nom nom

If I had anything to suggest, it would be to always wear your hair up or pulled back when cooking but, otherwise, I love everything you do!
