Delicious!
This was fantastic! I added 1/2 an onion, an extra egg and 3 green onions because I really enjoy an oniony and eggy fried rice. The seasoning is lovely and the dish is so nutrient dense and tasty. Thank you for sharing this recipe! There is a great video for this fish that I also found very helpful.
Surprised
Not often I get surprised. The teenagers came back for seconds – saying this is ‘bussin’ mum. Simple basic flavours done really well with ingredients that make you feel good.
Healthy & delish
I was so happy to see Marion teach the way to an excellent fried rice by adding the ingredients in an order so all items cook perfectly! Otherwise a soggy watery mess. Bravo and the result is devine. Yum
