Asian greens:
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp sugar
400g (14 oz) Chinese broccoli, trimmed and sliced lengthways if very thick
4 garlic cloves, sliced
Sauce for salmon:
⅓ cup Chinese light soy sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
