In a large pitcher, add the pineapple juice, dry ginger ale and sparkling apple juice. Give everything a stir to incorporate the ingredients together.
Decant the mixture to large bottles with a closure, then place in the fridge to keep cool. Alternatively, you can place the pitcher directly into your fridge, provided you have room.
Just before serving, remove pitcher from fridge. Add ice, fruit garnishes and mint leaves, then serve.
– This recipe was made using the Panasonic Prime+ Premium 3-door refrigerator NR-CW530.
– We used the Quick Cool function to rapidly chill the drink, plus free up space in the main compartment of the fridge.

Sparkling and fresh to fight winter blues
Most delightful. Served this for Valentines Day and substituted champagne for apple juice. Very light and super bubbly especially w/a good brand of bubbly added.
