Asian buffalo sauce:
¼ cup gochujang*
½ cup barbecue sauce
100g (3.5 oz) unsalted butter, melted
Ranch dressing:
⅓ cup whole egg mayonnaise
⅓ cup sour cream
¼ cup buttermilk
2 spring onions (scallions), finely sliced
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cracked black pepper
